AFTER SALES SERVICE
Despite the care we take in our products and the sending of our orders, it is possible that a product received does not suit you.
In the case of a defective product, an error in the shipment of the order, or a product not entirely satisfactory, you have the possibility of returning it to us within a limit of 14 days after receipt of your package. Beyond this period, no return will be accepted.
You can make your return request by sending an e-mail to deco@loopita.fr
Once the return is accepted, you will be notified by e-mail.
Please note that return shipping costs will be reimbursed in the event of a defective product or error when shipping your order, within the cost of the lowest-priced standard shipping method offered on the site.
For any other reason, the costs of return will remain at your expense.
Products must be returned in their original condition. Damaged or incomplete items may not be returned or exchanged.
